No commercial vehicles are permitted to park on Canvasback Cove property (including driveways and overflow areas) but OK in the garage. There is nearby on-street parking on Concord Street where parking commercial vehicles may be permissible. LANDLORD PAYS THE CONDO FEE which covers trash & recycling, common area maintenance, and insurance on the buildings and common areas.
